Life According To Penny
Life According To Penny is a short film about faith, hope and redemption set in the Southern USA in the 1960s. The story concerns Penny (Stefania Barr) and Lila, a mentally challenged girl played by Caitlin. Penny and Lila are two throwaway girls who are in a home for wayward girls and the film tells of their escape from the man who runs the home and how Penny's faith in Jesus saves them from danger as they plot to escape by crawling under a fence to freedom.
Life According to Penny also stars Danny James as Dr. Martin Bludworth, Lisa Spurrier as Judith Bludworth, Yolanda Wood as Olivia, Samantha Christensen as Simon and Lavonne Shirkey as Beatrice.
